animal cruelty

It is all around us so just because we live in a nice neighborhood, don't even think that it is not around us. Animal cruelty is a sign of weakness and sickness. People that cause pain to others are to be treated with the same punishment. Hurting an animal is a crime and felony. The laws are changing and we the four legged dogs want to say thank you to everyone involve in changing the laws. The stronger the laws are the less cases of animal cruelty we will have. Eventually, in the near future, there won't be anymore animal cruelty and that is because we are all working together to stop this evil action. For instance, what really happened to Mercy, the 10 month old Pit Bull that was hurt in a way that only DeShawn Brown can tell about it and know about it. Now, DeShawn Brown might tell the truth in prison. This is where he is at. What he did to this beautiful dog will always stay in our hearts. We love you mercy and we will always remember you. Because of you, now I have a home. I was adopted from the shelter you were taken to when you got hurt. Woof woof to everyone that is making a change.... Pete....

border collie lost

It was so fun but then it turned out to be sad!! My mommy took us for a two hour walk around the neighborhood before the Dallas Cowboys game. We were just walking through the park. The leash was long enough that we could sniff all around the place. Since it was a Sunday, we didn't see a lot of people. But a man in a nice looking Mercedes car stopped us. He said" I just lost my Collie dog wearing a pink leash, if you see her,....." You see what I mean? Everyday dogs and cats get lost most owners don't find them. They become homeless dogs. This is the reason why my mommy took us for such a long walk. We were sniffing to find this Collie with a pink leash lost Saturday in the North Dallas area-Voss and Briargrove. My neighborhood. Have you seen her?

dogs and cats collars

Because my mommy works for a shelter, you should really take our advise about collars. There are so many strays at the shelter, but sadly to say it this lonely, sad, starving dog or cat could be the pet that you lost. It is amazing how many pets don't have their collar on. We never had ours on because when we are inside the house we don't need one. Guess what? We love our humans and everything they give us, but sometimes we cant help being curious. When a door opens, we usually run for it. We don't know any better and since my mommy is so scared that we might get confused and run outside without her, now we wear our collars all the time. We have our veterinarian information, microchip information and our name and phone number. Believe me, most humans never find their lost pet because their dog or cat were not wearing their collar.

homeless dogs and cats

Some of us are so lucky to have a mommy or daddy to spoil us beyond our dreams. They take us to Petco and Petsmart so that we can pick our own food and toys. When they don't have time to spend with us, they take us to a pet sitter or a doggy daycare. It is wonderful!!! But that is us, the lucky ones...
We love going outside and our mommy makes sure that we exercise everyday. We love the smells, the flowers, the birds, the noise, the humans, the other four legged dogs and cats, and so much more..but then we realized it is not all pretty out there. It never fails to include two cats and a dog looking sad, scared and skinny. Most of the time, my mommy tries to talk to the doggy but he always runs away, scared and lost. I look at my mommy and I wonder if this dog once belonged to a human and now he is lost. Maybe, he has never been lucky enough to even have a human around him and he has always been homeless. Please help us give a home to a homeless animal by reading our blog and supporting us any way you can. We want to find a piece of land, shelter, food, humans and funds to give a forever home to all the cats and dogs we find all the time.
Do you know why there are so many homeless animals?
